OR A NEW RESTAURANT CULTURE IN A BIG CITY

Fish Culture at 17 Novy Arbat is a democratic fish project created by restaurateur Ilya Beniaminov in partnership with Future Group. The concept is based on the ten most popular seafood in the world, around which a laconic but complex menu is built; low prices for oysters and hedgehogs; light and light interior of a small hall. The modern interior of "Fish Culture", made in warm colors, is dominated by light wood and marble finishes. Buoy lamps decorated with a net and wooden fish on the ceiling remind of the sea, while panoramic windows and a summer veranda broadcast a picturesque view of New Arbat.

Gastronomy is like an art, where the perfection of performance is achieved under the baton of the fashionable Moscow chef Anatoly Derenchuk. A restaurant in which the music of the seas and oceans sounds. Anatoly Derenchuk deftly combines Russian regional products with Mediterranean and Asian dishes. New cooking techniques and even the molecular art of Anatoly formed the basis of the new style of the restaurant.
