OR A NEW RESTAURANT CULTURE IN A BIG CITY

Fish Culture at 17 Novy Arbat is a democratic fish project created by restaurateur Ilya Beniaminov in partnership with Future Group. The concept is based on the ten most popular seafood in the world, around which a laconic but complex menu is built; low prices for oysters and hedgehogs; light and light interior of a small hall. The modern interior of "Fish Culture", made in warm colors, is dominated by light wood and marble finishes. Buoy lamps decorated with a net and wooden fish on the ceiling remind of the sea, while panoramic windows and a summer veranda broadcast a picturesque view of New Arbat.

The gastronomic part of Fish Culture is dominated by the chef Ilya Cherkashin, known to many for his culinary work in Ugolka, Duran Bar, Balcon, "Heroes" and Levantine. In the menu of the new project, he skillfully juggles a variety of seafood, sauces and spices. Salmon ceviche with puffed rice, hand roll with eel and eggplant, poke with tuna and papaya with peanut ponzu or Thai-style tempura octopus - each dish is presented in a non-trivial reading of the author.

The cocktail card is also filled with sea moods - each of the 10 author's mixes as a necessary puzzle to what comes out from under the knife. For connoisseurs of wine and gastronomic combinations, the Fish Kultury wine cabinets have a collection of 40 verified positions, including organic ones. The cost per glass starts at 360 rubles.
